Why This Program Exists

Over the years, I started noticing a pattern in the women I was working with. Many of them were thoughtful, capable, deeply caring women who had spent decades supporting everyone around them. They were amazing mothers, supportive partners, and reliable friends. They were the ones people turned to when something needed to get done.

But when I asked them a simple question: “What brings you joy?”

Many of them paused and most didn’t know how to answer. This is not because they weren’t interesting or passionate women…but because they had spent so many years focusing on everyone else that they had lost touch with themselves. They had stopped exploring, stopped asking what they wanted, and stopped prioritizing their own happiness.

Over time, that disconnection can start to feel heavy, like life has become more about responsibilities than joy.
